Prices quoted are in £ sterling and exclude delivery. Payment must be made in full before orders can be released. Payment is currently accepted via PayPal only, the ‘Shopping Basket’ link will connect you with PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal is one of the largest secure payment systems on the net, and you do not have to register with them to make a payment by credit or debit card.
Postage & packing within the UK or Republic of Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 for 1st Class Recorded Signed For. A signature will be required when your parcel arrives. Orders of £50 and above will be delivered by the same method free of charge. If you wish to order from outside the UK please enquire using the form on the contact page BEFORE placing your order.
If you are not happy with your goods you have the right to return them within seven days for a full refund, minus the cost of postage. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please obtain proof of posting as returned items lost in the post will not be refunded. Send your parcel to Ruby Spirit Designs, Prospect House, 11 Keighley Road, Steeton, West Yorkshire, BD20 6RJ. Due to EU hygiene regulations, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Every effort is made to ensure all images are a true representation of the finished product, however there may be slight variations for example due to viewing colours on different screens.
